Cusco Traditional City Tour taken by many of our visitors, giving us a look around the main attractions both within and outside the city (Cusco City Tour).

In this tour we’ll be able to visit beautiful churches which house beautiful works of art created during colonial times, including those by well-known artists from Cusco such as Diego Quispe Tito and Marco Zapata, among others.

Cusco was also the cultural capital of the Inca Empire, so we will spend time taking a look at some of the most important Inca ruins, still worthy of a culture that at one time covered a large part of South America.

This tour takes around 4 hours. We pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and then head for our first stop: Cusco Cathedral, where we can appreciate colonial era art of various different types like Cusco South Valley.

After that we will pay a visit to Qoricancha, or the Temple of the Sun, one of the sacred places of the Inca, today a church belonging to the Dominican Order and whose foundations are built on top of the original structure.

We then board a bus and leave the city for Sacsayhuaman where we will see stone structures of great size and beauty, which cannot even be found at Machu picchu Tour and Maras Moray Tour.

From there we move on to Qenqo, a labyrinth of stones and caves whose main purpose was sacrificial rituals.

Then we head for Pucapucara and Tambomachay, a ritual centre dedicated to water and traditionally known as the bathing place of the Inca. After a siesta we return to Cusco where we will conclude the tour.
